Sunday Roast

Calling all the island family to the table on Sundays, Ibiza town’s buzziest hotel, The Standard, Ibiza goes traditionally British every weekend this winter courtesy of its new Sunday Roast.

Served from 1pm until 6pm, kick off with a hangover-busting Bloody Mary on the outdoor terrace before gathering your group to take a seat inside ground-floor restaurant Jara to tuck into your choice of charcoal-roasted rib-eye, roasted half chicken or slow-cooked pork belly, all served with Yorkshire puddings, crispy spuds, buttery peas, cauliflower cheese, roasted carrots and parsnips, and slathered in home-style gravy. Resident DJs brings the tunes to soundtrack your afternoon, so take your time… Sundays are all about slowing down in the winter.
