Along the road to San José lay a renowned but long dormant garden bar and restaurant formerly called Naif, which has now been lovingly and carefully renovated and reopens this Thursday May 18, 2023 as Zitya Ibiza. Taking it’s name from a special tree that grows on Rhodes in Greece, the venue, menu and its carefully crafted cocktail list all take inspiration from the island’s Ottoman, Italian and Greek roots, creating a fusion of Mediterranean flavours, herbs and spices to delight the senses.
Dip delicious hummus or tzatziki to start, or try the fried feta with Kataifi, or stuffed vine leaves with Angus beef before indulging in a real taste of Greece with 12-hour braised lamb or a seafood orzo stew. Zitya Ibiza dishes are perfect for sharing and add a contemporary twist to traditional Rhodian cuisine, making a communal culinary experience in a well-loved and nostalgic venue. After a late season opening last year, Zitya Ibiza quickly became a place to see and be seen so reservations are highly recommended.
