There are sunsets, there are Ibiza sunsets, and then there are the iconic Ibiza sunsets experienced from the front row seats of Café Mambo. The famous bar and restaurant on the San Antonio ‘sunset strip’ reopens for its 30th anniversary season on Friday April 19, 2024. Join seasoned resident DJs Jason Bye, Andy Baxter and Ryan McDermott for the first strawberry daiquiri or icy mojito of the year, as they serenade the fiery ball of sun melting into the sea. Get teary-eyed as they cue up the perfect song to time perfectly with that magical moment – at precisely at 8.36pm – then stick around for the fun (and of course, the Hierbas shots) after dark, when Chicago legend Felix Da Housecat and Ferrek Dawn get the party going until it’s time to head out into the Ibiza night.
