Nestled among the undulating hills of Benimussa, Essència Ibiza is a hidden gem set within the postcard-worthy grounds of boutique hotel Can Vistabella. The restaurant opens its doors to guests in addition to visitors for intimate Sunday Roasts this winter, for just 10 people at a time.
You’ll be welcomed by the friendly team to a communal shared table, then indulge in a smorgasbord of a feast courtesy of Executive Chef Francisco Moreno. Starting with a selection of cold cuts, focaccia, tomato and olives to share, then enjoy a choice of chicken, or beef, served with winter veggies, crispy roasted potatoes and lashes of delicious gravy. Dessert is a chocolate fudge brownie with forest fruits and vanilla sauce – all for just 35€ per person, with prior reservations essential of course.
