Nestled among the undulating hills of Benimussa, Essència Ibiza is a hidden gem set within the postcard-worthy grounds of boutique hotel Can Vistabella. The restaurant opens its doors to guests in addition to visitors for intimate Sunday Roasts this winter, for just 10 people at a time.
You’ll be welcomed by the friendly team to a communal shared table, then indulge in a smorgasbord of a feast courtesy of Executive Chef Francisco Moreno. Starting with Creole choripan with chimichurri sauce, and chicken yakitori to share, then enjoy marinated pork ribs or skirt steak, baked potatoes and coleslaw with padron peppers. Dessert is a home-made pineapple iced cake – all for just 35€ per person, with prior reservations essential of course.
