Authentic Me Meisner Technique Workshop with Nita Arpiainen

Experienced acting coach and founder of Actors Academy Finland, Nita Arpiainen, hosts a two-day Meisner Technique Workshop in Ibiza on Tuesday April 23, 2024 and Wednesday April 24, 2024, focusing on finding your Authentic Me.

Using the renowned actor’s rehearsal method, the Meisner Technique helps access and express your true feelings through the exploration of the practice’s famous repetition exercise in groups and with partners, and much more. The workshop is held over two afternoons from 4.30pm until 9pm at the Moving Arts Studios, in the north of the island between San Miguel and San Lorenzo and is open to actors and non-actors alike, in addition to creatives, writers and artists, or anybody looking to discover more freedom, courage and awareness within themselves.
