The gorgeously themed tandoor and cocktail restaurant Shanti returns to the tourist enclave of Cala Llonga on Thursday April 11, 2024. A resounding hit with locals and visiting foodies from day one, the creative cuisine is curated by visionary head chef Ojas Naware. Enjoy a brand new menu full of avant garde twists on classic Indian dishes and lesser-known recipes from the Himalayas down to the fishing villages and beaches of Kerala, all made with exceptional local produce, ancient and modern techniques and a lot of love. Unique handcrafted cocktails designed by famed mixologist Marcos Garvin also pay homage to India’s rich and exotic flavours – a very welcome return to Ibiza’s gastronomy scene and all the more reason to head east this spring.
