After the famous Mambo Group unveiled their respectful restoration of iconic Ibiza restaurant Sa Capella last year, the island’s foodie community flocked to the ancient converted chapel on the hills outside of San Antonio to experience its meticulous menu revamp and ethereal ambience.

From its original exposed stone walls and sky-high colourful stained-glass windows to the wrought iron light fixtures that hang dramatically from the ceiling, the authentic essence of Sa Capella remains unchanged. The fine dining destination has been a pillar of the island’s culinary scene since 1978 and is open every evening this Spring from 7.30pm with reservations recommended.
