After an amazing debut season in Ibiza last year, El Silencio Ibiza returns to the shores of Cala Molí this Friday, attracting the new wave of curious travellers looking for a beach club with a twist. Set on the island’s south-west coast – the perfect place to go from hazy beach days through to buzzing sundowners to starlit dinners – the restaurant has elevated its culinary offering in 2022 by inviting revered Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco to create an open-fire cooking concept alongside chef Federico Desseno. With a new menu based around their passion for flame cooking and love of convivial dining experiences, plus edgy new art installations and a whole host of pop-ups and parties, there’s no doubt El Silencio will once again be the place to be in Ibiza this summer.
