The Northman (V.O.) Screening

Forget the beach – sometimes when there’s a heatwave, you just want to slide into the blissfully air-conditioned surrounds of a cinema and chill out. And on Tuesday this week, there’s no finer place than the beautiful old school movie theatre, Cine Regio, in San Antonio to make yourself comfortable as you settle in for a screening of The Northman, directed by Robert Eggers. With an all-star cast including Alexander Skarsgård, Nicole Kidman, Anya Taylor-Joy, Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe and Bjork, the Nordic scenery in the epic saga should also help stave off the summer heat, even if just for two hours.
