In keeping with Ibiza’s rising gastronomic reputation, there’s a place for fine dining at 7Pines Resort Ibiza – a location where the food is equalled by the incredible vistas, hence the name. The View is situated on a sleek first floor terrace with unrivalled views out to sea and across to Es Vedra. In 2022, executive chef Andrés Fernández has elevated the restaurant to new levels with his four and six-course tasting menus, which can be paired with the sommelier’s choice of wines or your favourite drop from the resort’s cellar.

Evenings here are unforgettable, from the delicate flavour combinations on each exquisite plate to the exceptional service and of course, the million-dollar views. Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm until 10.30pm – reservations recommended.
