Hämbre has created quite the buzz in the centre of Santa Eulalia since opening its doors. A 70s-inspired space centred around international cuisine, vintage décor, mood lighting and a buzzing vibe thanks to its loyal crew of creative clientele, the restaurant boasts indoor and outdoor spaces and is open all year round.

Make a reservation for dinner from 7.30pm, Tuesday til Saturday and indulge in the ever changing culinary collaboration between the three chefs, Matias Romano, Miguel Lopez and Javier Vazquez, each with many years of experience. They enthusiastically create internationally-inspired dishes, mixing classics and complete one-offs, that reflect their collective flair and deep respect for fresh, local produce.
