Summer has officially ‘opened’ here in Ibiza, and so too has the beautiful Bambuddha Grove Zen Terrace – the perfect place to dine alfresco on the famously sumptuous summer MediterrAsian menu, beneath a new pagoda shipped directly from Bali. Open seven nights a week from 8pm, alongside the legendary Bali Restaurant, new dishes have been added to the existing menu plus a delicious selection of new additions to the cocktail menu, including mouth wateringly good dessert cocktails. One of the many things I love about Halloween in Ibiza is that I feel like I can get away with saying and doing almost anything, because no one knows your identity! There’s something about being in costume – and indeed, in character – that gives you a sense of freedom and courage, though I guess all the cocktails consumed may have something to do with that too!
