Having opened for lunch earlier this month, now beautiful Ibiza fine dining restaurant Sa Punta announces that they’ll be open for dinner nightly from Friday May 1, 2015. The beautiful Talamanca restaurant space – set on the furthest rocky point with breathtaking views to Dalt Vila – created by Rita and Rodolphe is renowned for its cuisine, with new menu creations set to be unveiled at the opening.
Traditional Lebanese Sambousek are one of the star attractions on the menu at Patchwork, the rooftop restaurant above Sa Punta and when you taste them you’ll know why… it’s love at first bite! A buttery pastry filled with deliciously flavoured ground lamb or melt-in-your-mouth cheese, perfect for dipping and sharing – the problem is, they’re so good, one portion isn’t always enough!
If plump and perfectly grilled scallops topped with green mango and shiso mayonnaise, served on a bed of fresh, vibrantly green asparagus sounds like a dream dinner to you, then Sa Punta Ibiza should be at the top of your hot list of Ibiza restaurants! Delightful, and deliciously decadent!

Fresh from the Lebanese grill at hot new Ibiza rooftop restaurant Patchwork – atop the famous Sa Punta by Rita and Rodolphe – is the delicious, traditional Chich Taouk, served with tabouleh and rice with sliced almonds. Succulent chunks of chicken served on a skewer, seasoned with garlic and lemon and served with a savoury sauce, it’s one of the star dishes from the main menu, and pretty much love at first bite!
In 2014, chic Ibiza restaurant Sa Punta has revamped its menu to include this delicious Crab Salad – the perfect light bite for a hot summer night. Head chef Diego Dechecco serves up the delicate crab meat topped with crunchy greens and cucumber jelly, with a swirl of citrus mayonnaise on the side to give it some extra tang. All the more reason to visit Sa Punta (as if we needed encouraging!)…
The all-new Lebanese restaurant concept on the rooftop of stylish Ibiza restaurant Sa Punta is exactly what Ibiza has been waiting for! Patchwork‘s modern-meets-traditional menu is laidback, casual, designed to share and above all… delicious! For those who can’t pick just one platter, may we suggest the Mezze Completo – a combination dish with a selection of the best tapas tastes, including hummus, baba ghanouj, falafel, khiar bi labanm tabouleh, kibbe and samboussek.
The Patchwork kitchen is open from 8pm until 2am, meaning you can satisfy sunset cravings or midnight munchies alike!
