Head chef Diego Dechecco serves up the delicate crab meat topped with crunchy greens and cucumber jelly, with a swirl of citrus mayonnaise on the side to give it some extra tang. The place, is Patchwork, the all-new Lebanese restaurant concept created by owners Rita and Rodolphe on the rooftop of Ibiza restaurant Sa Punta. The cocktail, is the Wild Strawberry Palm, a 2013 world champion cocktail concoction of vodka, aperol, sambucca, strawberry and basil – the sweetest taste sensation and the exact colour of the glorious Ibiza sunset!
