Ibiza lovers from across the globe tuned in to join us live for the launch of Wellness Wednesdays last week, a collaboration between White Ibiza and Transformation Station here in Ibiza. This idea was born from the desire to help our readers navigate the times we’re living in, while streaming the beauty of the island plus the wisdom and wellbeing of its most renowned teachers, therapists and practitioners into their homes, no matter where they may be in the world.
On Wednesday February 03, 2021 at 7pm GMT (8pm CET), from a hilltop high in the north of Ibiza, our sessions continue, as renowned island wellness therapist Shambala Wegner of Ibiza Retreats leads us through an inspirational and educational MET (meridian tapping techniques) session, designed to help release limiting beliefs, forgive yourself and others, plus strengthen your courage, self-love and optimism for the year ahead.
