This week, sound healer Elena Teixidor brought her hang drum, crystal quartz bowls, flute, guitar and beautiful voice to the stunning rugged coastline of Pou d’es Lleó for a harmonious sound meditation on Wellness Wednesdays – a collaboration between White Ibiza and Transformation Station.

This 30-minute practice uses sound and evokes vibrations to unlock the natural power that restores the lost harmony in our bodies, releasing the solar plexus, letting go of old blockages and allowing the heart centre to rest in a relaxed diaphragm.
