It’s here where you can savour dishes prepared with ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s regenerative farm, local small producers and island suppliers. While the Juntos House menu changes according to the season, starters might include delicious morsels such as baby beetroot with local organic bufala blue cheese and caramelised pecan; or dry-aged cecina with gremolata and preserved lemon. It’s hard to resist the pretty-as-a-picture Juntos Farm salad with edible flowers – about as KM0 as you can possibly get.
