Winter Opening & Alba White Truffle Tasting Menu

This Thursday night sees beautiful farm-to-table dining oasis A Mi Manera, on the San Juan ‘restaurant road’, host its Winter Opening. Open daily throughout the holiday season (until January 08, 2023) for lunch and dinner, it’s the perfect place to make the most of the glorious Ibiza winter sunshine and indulge in a long lunch, or to gather your loved ones together for a celebratory dinner inside the warm and cosy finca after dark.

In addition to the à la carte menu, there’s also a very special Alba White Truffle Tasting Menu available for the festive season, showcasing the famous truffles that grow wild in Piedmont region of Italy (considered by many to be the truffle capital of the world) through a four-course degustation menu for 250€ per person, with reservations required.
