This Thursday night at Chiringuito Blue sees the stunning beach restaurant’s journey of flavours take things up a notch, with a serving of live music to accompany your dinner. Jueves Blue takes place on alternate Thursdays, bringing some of the most talented musicians in Ibiza to the sandy shores of Santa Eulalia Bay for nights soundtracked by acoustic instruments, jazz and bossa nova. Diners are treated to a live performance by some of Ibiza’s finest local musicians and DJs, along with the restaurant’s signature East Mediterranean cuisine. Reservations recommended.
