One of the island’s longest-running restaurant institutions, Bambuddha has always been a must-visit destination for holidaymakers and island locals, and this Friday marks the official start of the 2023 season for the trademarked MediterrAsian restaurant.
More of a destination than a restaurant, this temple of temptations was created by owner John Moon in 1999 and is still a firm favourite for hosting deluxe dinners and special occasions, early dinners with family, and cocktail-fuelled party nights.
The restaurant’s conscious ethos means 90% of the vegetables used are grown on the island, while the very best organic meat and sustainably farmed fish make up many mouth-watering options. An island icon that shines more brightly now than ever.
