This Saturday sees the legendary Cala Tarida restaurant Cotton Beach Club reopen its doors, with nothing but beautiful sunshine forecast for the occasion. Reservations will be essential to ensure you’re one of the first to enjoy a decadent lunch on the famous all-white Grand Terrace, with spectacular views out over the Mediterranean, a fabulous soundtrack and of course, fine food courtesy of head chef Federico Garcia and his team.
Emphasis here is on high quality ingredients and international flavours, with the Rawbar & Sushi menu also a favourite with Cotton Beach Club aficionados. Later on, enjoy a cocktail from the privileged position of the Amphi Lounge and watch the iconic Ibiza sunset – the first of many this season. Keep your eyes peeled for news of the new Social Club weekend nights at Cotton Beach Club too – it’s all about hitting the dance floor after dark.
