The entertainment starts early, with DJs spinning the soundrack before sunset, until Kandela Mi Son take over and perform timeless Cuban music from 9pm until 10.30pm on the terrace beneath the stars. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Ocean Brasserie & Bar, is the perfect setting for an alfresco meal, where hand-picked produce is fused with fresh and robust flavours in a creative culinary offering that’s ideal for sharing with friends.
