This Thursday night sees innovative Santa Gertrudis restaurant Overall host a laid-back special event dubbed Olfatorium, the first in a series of collaborations with high-end local perfumería Papaduk Ibiza.
Taking place in the gorgeous gastronomic den (aka, the flavour atelier) discreetly tucked away in the village of Santa Gertrudis, guests can savour a tasting menu based around something to smell, something to sip and something to bite – a fun and exciting wining and dining experience that promises to delight the senses and inspire the soul.
Starting at 18€ per experience, there are four pairing menus to sample along with the best agave spirits courtesy of Grupo Entre Compas and Mijenta Tequila. Best enjoyed with good friends over even better late-night conversations.
