After its debut summer season saw Yalla Ibiza win rave reviews from locals and visiting foodies alike, the hot new Middle Eastern fusion restaurant – created by Lana of Passion Café fame – is ready for the cosy winter dining season ahead.
The stylish Santa Gertrudis restaurant serves dinner from 7pm – 10pm daily (excluding Wednesdays) with a menu brimming with dishes that exude Passion style and quality, and are fused with the flavours of Morocco, Persia, Turkey and beyond.
A hot or cold mezze packed with favorites such as babaganoush, labneh, or creamy salty feta, chargrilled haloumi, harissa aubergine or lemon butter seabass, can be followed by chicken shish tawook or lamb koftas served with homemade zaatar fries or double roasted potatoes, all perfect for sharing and indulging on the dark evenings ahead. And of course for lingering over steaming mint tea, delicious baklava, mulhallabia or medjool dates and pistachio balls deliver the final sweet taste of dessert. Different place, same passion!
