Come Thursday, 14 March 2024, the restaurant scene will be elevated with the re-opening of Lado Ibiza, the barrio’s premier Spanish fine dining establishment, showcasing the pinnacle of Spain’s gastronomy through the expertise of a Michelin-level chef.
Chef Marc Quesada Vilches reimagines traditional dishes with a haute cuisine approach, complemented by exclusive cocktails from Hoxton Spirits and ambient Balearic beats delivered by a DJ. With high demand anticipated, reservations are recommended.
