An unsuspecting residential location skirting the cusp of the island’s capital got the island’s foodie community buzzing this summer, with stylish new Ibiza restaurant Tsuma Ibiza serving up the finest sushi, sashimi and sake this side of Tokyo.

Winter gourmands will be thrilled to know that the day-to-night hotspot is now open from Wednesdays to Saturdays each week in the off-season from 2pm until midnight. Between 2pm and 5pm each day order a bowl of warming winter ramen freshly made and brimming with goodness, or opt for the world-class sushi and, order omakase to sample chef Piotr Perzynski’s personal recommendation.
