An unsuspecting residential location skirting the cusp of the island’s capital got the island’s foodie community buzzing last summer, with stylish new Ibiza restaurant Tsuma Ibiza serving up the finest sushi, sashimi and sake this side of Tokyo.

Ibiza gourmands will be thrilled to know that the day-to-night hotspot is now reopen from Tuesday to Saturday each week this Spring from 6pm until midnight.
