After its debut summer season saw Yalla Ibiza win rave reviews from locals and visiting foodies alike, the hot new Middle Eastern fusion restaurant – created by Lana of Passion Café fame – has recently unveiled a new experience for the off-season months.

The stylish Santa Gertrudis restaurant now opens its doors from 1pm to 10pm , non-stop daily (excluding Sundays) to serve up a new winter menu brimming with dishes that exude Passion style and quality, and are fused with the flavours of Morocco, Persia, Turkey and beyond. Think Turkish eggs and coffee, fresh-baked pistachio croissants, mouth-watering baklava porridge with Moroccan mint tea, shakshuka, Fattoush salads and much more, including Máona specialty coffee for those who love their caffeine buzz. Different place, same passion!
