After a well-deserved hibernation, PLANT Veggie Bistrot by Can Domingo is now open from Monday to Saturday each week throughout the winter. The chic vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free restaurant – set in the heart of Jesús and spearheaded by chef Giuseppe Vivacqua of Can Domingo fame – elevates plant-based cuisine to new heights through high quality ingredients, meticulous technique, beautiful presentation and a splash of Italian flair.
In addition to à la carte dining, the eatery’s new season offering includes a menu del diá featuring a choice of two different and imaginative plant-based dishes served with water and coffee from 12.30pm until 4.30pm, with a convenient takeaway deli service available all day long, two set times for delivery direct to your home and a Chef’s Surprise special every Saturday.
