Set within the stylish grounds of boutique hotel Ca Na Xica, Salvia is a high-end Ibiza restaurant concept (and a secret the hotel’s guests have known for years), now open to lovers of fine dining by popular demand.
Starting with healthy breakfast served from 8.30am – including an impressive buffet, fresh juices that are cold-pressed on site and a variety of hot dishes – the scene is set for the day. Lunch is served on the bright and airy terrace, surrounded by nature. By night, dine beneath the stars as you soak up the ambience, accompanied by the smooth sounds of jazz or Bossa Nova floating across the airwaves.
Chef Sergio Zubiadut, hailing from Galicia, has devised an extensive modern Mediterranean menu – based around the concept of slow cooking – taking all appetites and dietary requirements into consideration. There is something for everyone at Salvia and only the highest quality ingredients enter this kitchen, whether it is line-caught wild sea bass, organic vegetables and herbs grown onsite or the very best meats and seafood.
Dishes are prepared with an international twist or influence to keep things contemporary – from classic Spanish starters to Asian influenced snacks, through to amazing grilled meat and fish prepared in a Josper oven. After your meal, relax with a cigar or cocktail in the alfresco lounge area until the clock strikes 12 and it’s time to head on out into the Ibiza night!
