Anti-Valentine’s Pop-Up at Chidas Bar and Cantina with Santa G. Bagel House

8pm – Tuesday February 13, 2024

There’s a motto that the team at Chidas Bar and Cantina live by that perfectly sums up the dining experience at our favourite island taqueria: every taste tells a story. This Tuesday night, the story is designed to be an antidote to the warm and fuzzy romance associated with the upcoming annual V Day celebrations, when Salva and Andreas host an Anti-Valentine’s Pop-Up dinner alongside their good pals Monica and Jorge from Santa G. Bagel House, who’ll be serving up some gourmet bagel toppings inside tasty tacos with some spectacular cocktails given a Mexican twist. Loved up, single or ready to mingle… everyone’s invited from 7pm to enjoy live music from Nidge The Sound Machine and all the usual (and unusual!) agave cocktails from Martin’s Brands. What’s not to love?

Saint Valentine’s Special Sunset & Dinner

5pm – Wednesday February 14, 2024

Start your night of romance by catching one of Ibiza’s legendary sunsets at La Torre Ibiza this Valentine’s Day, followed by a special set menu after dark. Set on the cliffside of Cap Negret, the venue exudes old school Ibiza vibes thanks to its rustic chic décor, laid-back vibes, breathtaking views and exceptional soundtrack. The set menu costs 65€ per person, or 95€ with hand-picked wine pairing options, and the experience begins with an oyster and citrus appetiser. Starters are designed to share with your loved one and include scallops with Iberian dewlap, and leeks cooked in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. For mains, choose between a decadent oxtail with Parmesan cream and mushrooms, or corvina served with sugared pumpkin and pine nuts. Dessert is a dish that would surely please the patron saint of love – strawberries with elderflower meringue to share. A magical, unmissable experience.

White Ibiza Restaurant Guide: Hämbre

San Valentín Made with Love at Hämbre Ibiza

Hämbre has created quite the buzz in the centre of Santa Eulalia since opening its doors, and V Day is no exception. The creative menu on Valentine’s Day features a very special selection of internationally-inspired small plates for sharing – designed so that your hands brush up against your date’s as you reach for tempting the last bite of each dish. Made with local produce and served with an exceptional array of natural wines, it’s the kind of place you’re welcome to linger long after the meal is over… that is, unless you’re in a hurry to take the celebrations home! San Valentín at Casa Lhasa

7pm – Wednesday February 14, 2024

The team behind Casa Lhasa care deeply about the connection between people and provenance, with that in mind, rather than marking the holiday of Valentine’s Day with any special offers or temptations, the San Lorenzo restaurant promises no set menus, no pink cocktails, no golden flakes, and most importantly no sulphates – just the usual delicious menu brimming with local, seasonal ingredients and natural locally-sourced wines. Don’t expect to see a restaurant full of two-tops either – you’re more likely to connect with the who’s who of the winter community as friends and family come together in the cosy setting regardless of relationship status. It’s all about celebrating however, and with whomever, you like. Cupid, begone!
