Located on San Antonio’s legendary sunset strip, Café Mambo is the king of pre-party hotspots – perfect for watching the sun go down while sipping cocktails before a big Ibiza night out. Saturdays host Pacha‘s Defected in the House pre-party, with special guest DJ Bob Sinclair spinning alongside the famous Cafe Mambo Ibiza residents.

Food & drink: Let’s be honest – the Mambo opening is all about the Hierbas! Though we have to admit, the burgers coming out of the kitchen looked pretty darn good!
Music: Mambo residents Andy Baxter, Jason Bye and Alex Wolfenden were on very good form indeed, from early afternoon well into the early hours of the morning!
We loved: People watching from the terrace – spotting the first wave especially sunburnt tourists on their first day, girls in specially selected Ibiza fashions and the obligatory stag and hen dos.

It looks set to be a huge night on the San Antonio sunset strip tonight, as the pre-party for Pacha’s Subliminal Sessions Opening takes over at Café Mambo. Subliminal main man Erick Morillo will be behind the decks alongside special guest Chuckie plus the Mambo residents – expect plenty of big beats and bottomless bottles of Hierbas, in true Mambo style…

The San Antonio sunset strip was buzzing in anticipation of the live performance by The Brand New Heavies, who were joined by techno legend Carl Cox on the keyboards (for one track!) as part of an upcoming documentary he is involved in, as the sun set in the background in true Ibiza style.
