In addition to its aesthetic and harmonious beauty, integrated into the Ibizan countryside, the most notorious thing about this place is the privilege of being a 0 emissions house, certified with the highest Passivhaus category, which is Premium, which means that it is one of the most efficient homes in the world. Built in 2016, it has the honour of being the fifth Passivhaus in the world to achieve the prestigious certification.

Completely disconnected from the electricity and water grid, it has a first-class photovoltaic installation that makes it self-sufficient (provided that the parameters and consumption for which it is designed are met), and a water borehole, which allows you to live without paying water or electricity bills. Built with 100% healthy and sustainable materials, which include both the construction materials of the house and all the interior equipment and furnishings, including paint, wiring, flooring… everything in this house breathes health, well-being and sustainability.

The ventilation system typical of passive houses guarantees pure, clean air, free of humidity, which oxygenates us throughout the day and night, and even helps us to sleep better. The rainwater collection system and grey water recycling system for irrigation of fruit trees, together with a perforated well with professional flow and a sophisticated system of de-calcification and ozonation, provide top quality water for consumption.
